NBC Universal (Comcast) patents a method for hunting users downloading pirated material

Comcast (NBCUni) tried something similar back in 2007(?) when they wanted to throttle BitTorrent users. The FCC shut that shit down real fast... this time will be no different. This is also a terrible idea anyhow because I sincerely doubt it will differentiate between piracy activity and legitimate uses like open source software distribution, etc...
