You know you are old when most of your childhood pics are from a school photographer.

haha, i had one of those! It just sat in the corner or on my bookshelf. I mostly played video games or went bike riding with real friends. the only puppet/toy I played with was my Boglin.

And Teddy Ruxpin. And id beat the fuck out of my Wrestling Buddies. I had ultimate Warrior and Hulk Hogan. ok so I had a few puppet/stuffed toys I played with.

Sure. Our Scout (and Violet, yes each kid has one) has a British accent, but this is the American ad.

Thanks for the frame of reference.

At least its cooler than "My Buddy" that i grew up with. that thing fuckin talks n shit. "My Buddy" just sat in my corner unless i wanted to beat the Christ out of it on occasion. fucking thing just sat there, it was so boring! Its cool that you can somewhat customize Scout too.

I remember those! I never wanted to try it because I knew I'd fall immediately. I remember it's cousin skip it too. These were back in the day of watching The Price is Right with Bob Barker, and Press Your Luck (Bug bucks, no whammies.....STOP!) When kids used to play tag, freeze tag, TV tag, and manhunt. Or a good ol neighborhood water gun fight.

I still remember filling my super soaker with hot, hot water from the tub after I got in a fight with my sis to teach her a lesson. HAHAHA and when I was 5, she had a "tea party", dumped the water in my bed and told my mom I wet the bed. So I took the 100$ neon windbreaker she bought with birthday money and peed on it in her closet since she wanted me to pee so bad. LMAO I'll never forget doing that right in her closet.
Badass as a youngster :)

Where the hell were all these good board games when I grew up???? Clue, Sorry, Booby Trap, Life, Connect 4 (I am a freak at Connect 4!), monopoly, maybe my fav being Rebound or The Omega Virus..... These were ok growing up, but man have board games stepped up!!!

Catan, Carcassone, 7 Wonders, Princes of Florence, King of Tokyo, Bohnanza, Last Night on Earth, Quarriors, Dominion...... These are so much effing fun, I can't even put it into words! And they all (or almost all) have multiple expansions making the game even more fun and in depth..... It's unreal!

I love being a nerd!

Happy BDay to Kenneth Bruce "Kenny G" Gorelick, American saxophonist (1956). He is the biggest-selling instrumental musician of the modern era with global sales totaling more than 75 million records.

Go on. Go make sexy time. I won't tell anyone.

When I was a kid I love board games but later in college I became obsessed with Pente'. There is this zone of foresight that sometimes overtakes me and I am so many moves ahead i am unbeatable.
