i have a aspire one as a retro gamign station and chat pc for twitch. work like a charm :)

Old XP computers are the bomb for setting up a skype to 'land line' phone. I have like 6 of them running different skype accounts into a landline phone. I even have one set up to use for fax out from my all in one. Admit it has been over a year since I faxed anything out from it but what 'eva-

The http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/how-to-use ... hone-line/ gives the general idea but because I have and work for more than one company I need more than one line hence one account per computer and it is a landline replacement.

Not genius- just cheap less than 100 a year per line in coming and out going.

The Aspire One was good netbook. I just mine now as a mini controller for the LED's and Sound in my room. My Lights are triggered by the door to my room opening, and I can play music from it.
