More comfortable using PC, but that doesn't mean I like it.
I've used Mac in a business setting and that was OK I guess. Meh.
Macs are just so expensive I never made the switch to find out which one I like better.

For everyday use and gaming I use my Windows laptop.

For work I use a laptop with Elementary OS (Linux).

For music production and photo processing I use a Mac Mini.

Using everything at your disposal is the way forward!

People that used to swear by Mac for things like graphics and music used to have a good point, but these days PC is just as good if not better at literally everything. It's all a matter of taste at this point IMO... Also gaming.

PC all day long.

PC..

The last mac I used, was Pink, shaped like an apple. It was an iMac and it was the 8th grade. We had to take our computer exams to go into high school. I had to memorize open apple commands and learn how to work databases and spreadsheets, on a flipping Apple //e cause my school district was too poor to afford nicer ones. Then I move my 8th-grade year and here is this state of the art machine.. and I'm like where the floppy at ya'll. People looking at me like I am crazy, I'm not.

I am glad that Apple ensured that their commands worked over the ages of their systems, cause it was the only thing that saved me my 8th-grade year.

I use a PC, right now have a lovely Dell.

Way easier to fix and modify PC from everything be read. I've installed an ssd in my PC, a hard drive, and helped with a video card and power supply. These things probably wouldn't have been so doable in a Mac, from what I've seen at least.

HW-wise since Apples are on the x86 platform they really are not that exciting for me, I vote for Mac OS less enthusiastically... My conversation with the anthropomorphized Apple corporation:

"Like couldn't you guys soup up an ARM64 or a RISC or something?"

"Nah, economies of scale and fuck creativity and innovation outside of cheap shit. Now look at this video of a dude with a turtleneck and so much money that he's immoral, but even though he gives proportionally less of his income to charity than most poor folk do we're gonna make sure he gets sainted."

ALL of that said, it sure is fun to bring up a terminal with BASH already installed and realize you're running a fancy BSD offshoot. Sure, Windows has better GUI functionality for things like setting affinity for various processes, but you have all that and much, much more when you open up that terminal and its lovely virtual sessions.

Well I just learned the hard way mac ain't that great. I have android phone and when I use computers it's usually a PC. But, I was looking to get a laptop so I can do artsy fartsy stuff and I found a good deal online for a used mac that already had all the programs I wanted and a TB of hardrive. It died after a few months. Took it to the Apple store and they said that the hardrive was failing. It's not full, just dying. The battery too, but that just means leave plugged in more. The hard drive was the spinning style, apple guy said it just happens after a while. Suggested I get a solid state hardrive and put it in myself. They wouldn't fix it because it was too old. Said it was bought it 2009. Since when is 2009 old? Anyway stuck with the mac now, but PC fan even more so now.
