I have a SM-530T Samsung grand prime from Tmobile. Not the best phone but it works. Well i got my self into a pickle where i am locked out because i factory reset it without removing my account and after reseting my gmail account.

Does anyone know how to install a apk without a GTO cord or directly from windows?

If not that, how about bypassing the google account verification.

Depends if you have access when you plug it into your computer or not. Does it recognize it as a device and let you open it like a folder?

See if this program works: http://apkinstaller.com/

Download the Windows one and see if it will install to the phone when it's plugged in.

Hmmmm, well I don't think you'll be able to get past the Google Account Verification, they're pretty good about keeping that secure. If during the factory reset it disabled USB debugging or you never enabled it in the first place, you may be permanently locked out, since that means that no externally connected system can gain root access, which would explain why the program didn't work. :/

Did it not let you add a new Google account when you did the factory reset?

xda-developers might have more information, might be the only option to root it completely and see if it can run clockworkmod at all.
