you were right zombie.. no question. the timing is divine. this was loaded with affirmations, so i soaked.

anyone else need some? ^^ take twenty minutes out of your rush to gather, breathe, reflect..

What he says resonates as plain common sense when you think about it, which people cant see because of the pattern they have trained themselves into Im not sure i've seen this one before so will check it out.

Oh, Robbins. I appreciate you. I do. Since sometimes your approach pisses me off when I'm having a depressive episode (I won't say that's a valid indicator of the value of the good shit he's doing, though!), and I think you can get focused on the middle class to the neglect of the lower class, I kind of like this approach (see Seligman's book Learned Optimism):
