i like it ... it made me want to keep scrolling right so i can see the monster. i like how you kept that mystery.

Yes, I was - the Kraken put itself there. I don't "see" things in my mind but I do see them on the canvas in front of me. I knew I wanted clouds and some water but everything else comes from the canvas.

I'm not sure how it will play out but it is definitely fun and theraputic.

oh man, when i was really little my dad bought a bunch of painting supplies, put on Bob, and we both sat and literally tried to paint along with him. my first attempt still hangs in my mom's house. there is not a thing wrong with letting him show you the ropes! just the fact you're motivated to put something out there in itself is super-duper-hella-cool!

your brush stroke style is nice...you should keep pushing that. play with sculpting the paint itself. you might even get a kick out of painting with just a knife!




and i really like the kraken :D
