Philly!! That is lovely!! I've been itching to take on a larger afghan project. Then I'll have an actual reason to buy more yarn. Right now I get fancy stuff to use as doll hair. I've not made a doll in a while though. Perhaps it is time!

The poncho is the 'simply crochet poncho', fall winter 2014 issue. It was sort of finished and I wore it a while, but I decided it was too short, I wanted it longer so I tried and tested stuff, but the grannies worked best. It's a free pattern I found online.
Me wearing it before I knew it was too short (and I hate making selfies!!)

Not that fast (I think) I'm now working on part 7 and it takes me 1,5 hr per row. I've just been crocheting a lot, it takes my mind off things.
Yes, a yarniacs userbar :p
I made some scraps stuff while I was at my moms last week. I'll make pics later. Now I need to sit in the sun!

Made some progress, but this round I'm now doing (pt 8) is not my thing. I'll finish it, but other projects are distracting me...
Anyway, this was incl part 7

Philly....i LOVE your eye for color. every time you show something my eyes get all happy with the candy and i squee a lil :)

Gwenno....WOW that mandala! i would've never seen where it was going to go from the start that you showed us. such pretty little details, and im also really loving the colors

and OMG :O THOSE SACK BLANKETS
can i get a giant pickle? :D

i also love crochet blankets, but aside from a small one my aunt made me, i seem to be lacking. and if i see one i like at a garage sale, no matter how "new" it looks, it always smells like mothballs. for some reason the 2 go hand in hand...lol

Nothing, I crocheted with cotton too much lately and now my right index finger hurts. Witch is a sign that I must take a brake, I don't like it, I just got my Mandala madness crojo back....
