COOL piece Defango! but as awesome as it is, please re-read the original post for this project and see the guidelines in-place for signing up to participate. Ganji had already completed the next image and posted on the previous page in the event you wish to see exactly when it was completed. the worm just wasn't updated yet because i was away for medical reasons.

we'd really love to see you come back for another turn, so please do let us know if you want to be added to the list!! :)

THAT SAID...

WORM / OP UPDATED!!! (finally, yes.)

** JOE IT'S ALL YOU **

Ganji wrote:I'll be brutally honest. We should be making a worm, spiraling points continuum, unified front. If every other is mirror copy, stretched and bend, are we making Frankensteins :) ?! Clean color and few lines, or collaborate with fellows, but pixels are bit too much to paint one by one... Well now I sound a bitch, and I like it :D (I love the entries so far just to let you know)

i completely agree with what you're saying, Ganji (SWEET piece by the way....VERY clever way to make it blend and i love how the iris becomes the fish's scale pattern). i don't think it does much good for the "mirror" technique to be employed so heavily. yes, it's the easiest way to do things....yes sometimes there just isn't enough time to try anything else...yes sometimes the preceeding piece is ridiculous in regards to tht egde that was left to follow...BUT COME ON! we are VISUAL PROBLEM-SOLVERS! it's what we do!

so i also come to beat the same drum as Ganji and serve to challenge ALL OF US to come up with new & exciting ways of making our pieces fit in that beautiful seamless way without resorting to the ol' 'mirror-flip-smudge' routine.
i know we have it in us.
SO LET'S SEE WHAT WE CAN COME UP WITH, AITE? ;) :D

Ok, so Joe is too slammed and needs to go to the end of the line....which isn't long enough, because i'm still playing catch-up with life overall and also need to skip for the time being...

Sooooo Skywalker hun, if you can jump in, that would be awesome. If not, then we either need someone else to step to it, or we wait until one of us finally has a break to whip something up.

sorry folks....summer is always a bit slow on the boards. we're still growing though. :)

YES got the PSD which was mighty awesome of you to provide /rock

still working on it. i'm honestly really busy this time of year and likely not going to be in any rush until i see someone else sign up to follow mine.

also, this piece is serving as a larger project / gift for someone and therefore i'm not just rushing to throw just anything out there.

any issues or questions, PM me!

Take as long as you need. I just got lucky, hopefully by the end of August I am too busy to get anything done.
