I've taken to using this method.

Say what you LIKE, what you want MORE of and the QUESTIONS you have.

LIKE: It's easy to say what you dislike. Instead, share uthat you enjoy the dialog or setting. If the use of italics made comprehension better say so.

MORE: Enthralled by a side character only to have them disappear? Want to know that antagonist's internal motivations? You want MORE. Share that with the author.

QUESTIONS: Not quite sure who the protagonist of the piece is? Wondering how that antagonist knew the secret plan? You have questions about the piece and the author can answer them.

Very helpful, especially for those who aren't used to critiquing. (Or those who have gotten used to just hitting the Like button ;) )
If we all did this for Ninja writers' threads they would have good, constructive feedback to work with.
Thanks, Candee!

This is really great! I had never approached critiquing this way, but I think I'm going to start using this. <3
